  • Overview

    We are seeking talented TIBCO Developers for exciting projects in Alberta and British Columbia.  Hands-on experience in designing and developing TIBCO Integration Products could qualify you for a position here at Groundswell.  You will help coordinate with internal clients and other team members to gather information and analyze business processes. In addition, the chosen candidate will work to develop practical, cost-effective solutions for business problems that satisfy client requirements.  This role provides variety and opportunity to learn new tools.

    Responsibilities

    TIBCO Developer responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Analysis, design, code development and testing of integration solutions
    • Maintaining technical support documentation for integration solutions
    • Providing support and maintenance of TIBCO (or EAI tool) integrations
    • Coordinating support activities and service request fulfillment
    • Development of integration solutions using TIBCO middleware and JAVA technologies
    • Write, modify, integrate and test software code
    • Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions

    Qualifications

    Qualifications to succeed in this role are:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related Engineering field
    • 3 to 5 years TIBCO development experience
    • Experience working with JAVA, J2EE and SQL
    • Proficient with Object Orientated programming languages
    • Good knowledge of ORACLE, XML, C++ and C#
    • Analysis, design, code development and testing of integration solutions
    • Maintaining technical support documentation for integration solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in a client facing consulting role
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and within teams
    • Support and maintenance of TIBCO (or EAI tool) integrations
    • Coordinating support activities and service request fulfillment
    • Development of integration solutions using TIBCO middleware and JAVA technologies
    • Write, modify, integrate and test software code
    • Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
