Our Administration and DevOps team are experts in implementing, configuring, supporting and optimizing middleware applications for clients throughout North America.     TIBCO Middleware Administrator Responsibilities:

    • Work on tickets assigned to the team
    • Update the tickets accordingly in the client’s tool of choice
    • Provide 24x7 support when required, in a rotational basis
    • Monitor availability/utilization of servers
    • Monitor of running/scheduled jobs
    • Perform application deployments and rollbacks in case of failure
    • Troubleshoot deployment failures issues
    • Communicate with development team
    • Conduct access provisioning tasks
    • Perform outages handling
    • Perform patch installation (hot fixes/service releases) and formulate a rollback strategy if needed
    • Creation of technical documentation (e.g. runbooks)
    • Provide technical expertise in projects
    • Performance management; derive and deliver solutions to enhance service levels
    • Product (software) installation and configuration as per the architectural design of the environments
    • Communicate with client’s technical team (e.g. DBA, Security Administrators, Network Administrators)
    • Applies industry best practices and standards to assist in providing optimum and reliable infrastructure solutions



    • 2+ years of Hands-on experience working as an Administrator with TIBCO tools:
    • TIBCO Administrator
    • TIBCO Hawk
    • TIBCO BW
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience working as a System Administrator, Application Support Analyst or Application Steward and currently working in an intermediate role
    • Experience in developing technical documentation
    • Experience working as part of a DevOps team an asset
    • Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, Amazon Web Services) an asset
    • Experience working with TIBCO Mashery an asset
    • Experience working with TIBCO BPM an asset
    • Development experience an asset


    Technical Skills:

    • Good knowledge of monitoring/performance management
    • Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
    • Good knowledge of MS Windows administration an asset
    • Good knowledge on any scripting language
    • Shell
    • Perl
    • Python
    • VBScript
    • JavaScript
    • Basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL concepts



    • Willing and available to travel
    • Willing to learn and work with other technologies
